JALA is looking for Konsultan Perbaikan Hidrologi (Perencanaan & Pengawasan) who will be responsible to onduct construction quality assurance and control by reviewing designs, finalizing construction documentation, performing periodic inspections, verifying technical compliance, overseeing quality testing, monitoring field changes, and managing final inspections and project handover.

Skills & Capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydrological Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a designer, site inspector, or supervisor in civil engineering or hydrological projects.
Proven experience in drainage, flood mitigation, or water management infrastructure projects is preferred.
Ability to review, audit, and identify strengths and weaknesses in existing hydrological and water-related civil engineering design documents.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
Familiarity with drainage design principles, hydraulic and hydrological structures, and earthworks construction methods.
Capable of preparing site inspection reports and maintaining accurate field records.
Basic knowledge of applicable local standards and regulations (e.g., SNI and related regulations).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills for reporting and coordinating with contractors and consultants.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work on-site, including in outdoor environments and potentially remote locations.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written); English language skills are an advantage.
