Baruni Terms and Conditions

Baruni terms and conditions regulate the procedures for purchasing Baruni water quality measurement device. You are required to read and agree to the following terms prior to purchasing Baruni. By purchasing Baruni, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them, including any changes that may be made from time to time. Please note that these terms and conditions are provided for initial purposes and do not constitute a formal sales agreement between JALA and you as the purchaser.

Order Placement

Orders can be placed through the Baruni page. The following data and information are required to complete an order:

• Name
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Shipping address
• ID Number/Tax Identification Number

Please ensure that all information you provide is correct.

JALA assumes no liability or responsibility for any incorrect or outdated information provided and is under no obligation to verify the accuracy of the contact or shipping details. You acknowledge and agree that JALA has the right to reject or delay orders in order to prevent excessive order. In such cases, JALA will notify you within two (2) weeks of receiving the order, and a full refund of the amount paid will be issued without interest.

Pricing and Payment

The product may be purchased either through full payment (paid in full) or by making a 50% Down Payment (DP). For orders placed with a DP, the purchaser must settle the remaining balance prior to or upon delivery of the product. JALA will confirm receipt of full payment before the product is handed over.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfers to Bank Mandiri at 137-00-3088800 under the name PT Jala Akuakultur Lestari Alamku, or payments made through third-party services during check out. Third-party payment options include credit card payments and virtual account transfers via selected banks (BRI, Mandiri, BNI, BCA). The listed price is exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipment and Handling

JALA will do maximum effort to ensure that the product is shipped on time according to the estimated shipment schedule. However, the purchaser understands and agrees that shipping delays may occur. The estimated shipment schedule is provided as an approximation only and is subject to change. JALA makes no statement or warranty that shipment will occur exactly as scheduled.

In the event of delay, and shipment cannot be completed as initially planned, JALA shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the delay, and—except as stated in this agreement—shall not be obligated to offer any discounts, refunds, or credits due to such delay. JALA will provide timely updates regarding the status of the shipment schedule. Should the purchaser, for any reason, decide not to proceed with the order, cancellation may be requested in accordance with the provisions set out in the Cancellation section.

Cancellation

The purchaser may cancel the order at any time, with or without cause, provided that such cancellation is made before JALA issues a notification that the product is ready for shipment. If the purchaser cancels the order prior to this notification, any previously paid Down Payment (DP) will be forfeited.

In the event that JALA cancels the order, the purchaser is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, without interest. Prior to such cancellation, JALA will provide notice to the purchaser within 2x24 hours via the email address or phone number provided at the time of ordering.

Baruni Terms of Warranty

The purchaser is responsible for inspecting the condition and completeness of the delivered product upon receipt. Any damage or loss occurring after the handover of the product shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. JALA guarantees that the shipped product complies with the applicable warranty terms and conditions. Limitation of Liability

Under any circumstances, JALA shall not be liable for any losses arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. If JALA is proven to have committed an error resulting in losses under these Terms and Conditions, the purchaser shall be entitled to appropriate remedies.

Customer Privacy Policy

JALA will only use information collected from customers in accordance with JALA’s customer data and information confidentiality policy. You can read the details further at Privacy Policy page.

Amendments to the Terms

JALA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, with or without cause. JALA will notify purchasers of any changes made. If the purchaser does not agree to the amendment, they are entitled to cancel their order as outlined in the Cancellation section.
