Participant Registration

We urge participants to arrive on time at 08.00 WIB to register first. The following requirements must be noted:

  1. 1Make sure you have received and downloaded the e-ticket sent to the registrant's email.
  2. 2Show the barcode during registration to be scanned by the committee.
  3. 3Your ticket already includes participation in the entire series of events, merchandise, meals, Shrimp T-shirt, and a free 1-month subscription to JALA App Plus.

Rules & Facilities

During the event, there are several rules and facilities that can be used by participants.

Event Rules

In order for Shrimp Outlook 2026 to run comfortably, smoothly, and orderly, all participants are requested to comply with the following provisions during the event:

  1. 1Smoking is not allowed in the event area, except in designated smoking areas.
  2. 2It is prohibited to bring, store, or use narcotics and illegal substances.
  3. 3It is not permitted to bring firearms, sharp weapons, or explosives.
  4. 4Mandatory to wear an ID card as identification and access to the main area.
  5. 5Always maintain good attitude and behavior for the smooth running and order of the event.
  6. 6Mobile phones are expected to be in silent mode during the event.
  7. 7It is not permitted to bring food and drinks from outside the event area.
  8. 8Participants are advised to always take care of personal belongings. The organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to participants' belongings.

Dress Code

The dress code for Shrimp Outlook 2025 is formal and neat. Participants are expected to wear professional clothing and shoes.

Interpreter Facilities

Each participant will have access to interpreter facilities to make it easier to understand the material presented by the speakers. This facility allows participants to follow all event sessions with real-time language translation from English to Indonesian, and vice versa.

Participant Meals

Participants will receive meals twice in one day of the event, including:

  1. 1Lunch.
  2. 2Coffee break.

Access to the lunch and coffee break areas can be done by following the committee's directions. The Shrimp Outlook 2026 location is also close to Ambarrukmo Plaza Mall, participants can choose additional culinary options outside of the meals provided by the organizer.

Documentation

The committee will carry out documentation activities during the event, both in the form of photos or videos in various areas. Thus, participants will be recorded or documented while participating in the series of activities.

For participants who do not want to be documented, please notify the committee before or during the event.

Safety and Security Guidelines

The main area of Shrimp Outlook 2026 has been equipped with various safety and security facilities to anticipate emergency conditions, including:

  • Emergency alarm.
  • Light fire extinguisher (APAR).
  • Infrared smoke detector.
  • Hydrant.
  • Public address system.

If an alarm or emergency announcement is heard during the event, participants are expected to follow the following procedures:

  • Do not use the elevator.
  • Stay calm and don't panic.
  • Immediately go to the evacuation route marked with the words "Emergency Exit".
  • Hotel officers and committee will direct participants to the Assembly Point that has been determined in the event area.

  1. Is there a shuttle service from the accommodation to the event location?
    No, participants can use private vehicles, public transportation, or online motorcycle taxi/taxi services.
  2. Can purchased tickets be transferred?
    No, tickets can only be used by the name registered at the time of purchase. Tickets also cannot be returned or refunded.
