JALA is looking for a Admin Keuangan who will be responsible for managing pond operational administration, including document filing, cash and financial management, transaction recording, financial reporting, employee attendance administration, inventory and asset management, as well as the receiving and inspection of materials and supplies.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain operational documentation and filing for shrimp farm operations.
Oversee petty cash management and ATM transactions for the shrimp farm.
Maintain the shrimp farm financial logbook, ensuring the completeness of recipients' signatures for all cash disbursements.
Record all financial transactions, including both income and expenses.
Conduct monthly cash counts (cash opname) and reconcile cash balances.
Prepare and submit financial reports to the Manager, Finance, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams.
Manage employee attendance records for the shrimp farm.
