Job Descriptions
JALA is looking for Project Operation who will be responsible to manage shrimp farm administrative operations, including financial administration, document management, employee attendance, inventory and asset control, and the verification of inbound and outbound materials for construction and aquaculture activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain operational documentation and filing for shrimp farm operations.
  • Oversee petty cash management and ATM transactions for the shrimp farm.
  • Maintain the shrimp farm financial logbook, ensuring all cash disbursements are properly documented and acknowledged with recipients' signatures.
  • Record all financial transactions, including both income and expenses.
  • Conduct monthly cash counts (cash reconciliation) to ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to the Manager, Finance, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams.
  • Manage employee attendance records for the shrimp farm.
  • Conduct periodic warehouse stock counts (stock opname) to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor company assets, including asset inspections and the preparation of official asset inspection and handover reports.
  • Perform regular inspections of shrimp farm materials and supplies.
  • Verify all inbound and outbound goods, including materials and supplies used for both construction and aquaculture operations.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Minimum qualification of a Vocational High School (SMK) diploma or an Associate Degree (D3) in Office Administration, Accounting, or Management.
  • Previous experience in administration or finance is preferred, particularly within the aquaculture or agriculture industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Familiar with employee attendance management systems.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
  • Willing to be based and reside at the shrimp farm site.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
