JALA is looking for Project Operation who will be responsible to manage shrimp farm administrative operations, including financial administration, document management, employee attendance, inventory and asset control, and the verification of inbound and outbound materials for construction and aquaculture activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain operational documentation and filing for shrimp farm operations.
Oversee petty cash management and ATM transactions for the shrimp farm.
Maintain the shrimp farm financial logbook, ensuring all cash disbursements are properly documented and acknowledged with recipients' signatures.
Record all financial transactions, including both income and expenses.
Conduct monthly cash counts (cash reconciliation) to ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
Prepare and submit financial reports to the Manager, Finance, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams.
Manage employee attendance records for the shrimp farm.
