JALA is looking for a CSR Projects & Communication Lead who will lead non-commercial social and environmental projects to support business units. The candidate must be an expert in Project Management with good communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead non-commercial social and environmental projects to support business units
Conduct planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the project
Engage with locals on site
Mitigate social issues
Work actively with other departments in running the project
Create concepts for CSR activities within or outside the company with the supervisor
Skills & Capabilities
Expert in Project Management
Good communication skills (Bahasa & English)
Have driver's license (A or C)
Willing to travel to rural areas
Familiar with ESG framework
Have a broad knowledge in shrimp farming/aquaculture
Persuasive and self-driven person
Result-oriented
