JALA should not be held responsible if the submitted information is false or no longer valid and is not obliged to confirm the accuracy of the contact or shipping information. You understand and confirm that JALA can reject or delay orders to avoid excess orders. In the case of excess orders, JALA will inform you within two (2) weeks after your order is received and you will get a full refund based on the paid amount without interest.
Pre-order of products can be done by full payment or with a Down Payment (DP) of 50%. For orders with a DP, customers must pay the remaining amount before or when the product is shipped. JALA will confirm the purchase settlement before the product handover.
The accepted payment methods are by bank transfer to the account 137-00-3088800-8 a/n PT. Atnic Ekotekno Wicaksana (Mandiri) or through third parties, which can be done during check out. Third party payment options include credit cards and virtual accounts of some banks (BRI, Mandiri, BNI, BCA).
Product price is exclusive of VAT and shipping fee (for locations outside of Java).
JALA will take maximum measures to ensure the product can be shipped on time based on the shipping estimation. However, the customer understands and agrees that shipping delays may occur. Shipping schedule estimations are prone to changes, and JALA does not state or guarantee that shipping must be done according to the estimations.
In the event of a delay that causes shipping to be off schedule, JALA is not responsible for the damages that occur due to delays and is not obliged, with the exception of those stated in this agreement, to provide discounts, refunds, or credits due to delays. JALA will always update customers about the developments regarding shipping schedules. If the customer, due to any reason, decides not to proceed with the pre-order, the customer is entitled to cancel the order as stated in the cancellation section.
The customer may cancel the order at any time with any reason before there is any notice from JALA that the product is ready to ship. If the customer cancels before shipping notice, the customer is entitled to a refund with a cancellation fee of 15% from the pre-order price.
If JALA cancels the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund according to the amount paid without interest. Before there is any cancellation from JALA, JALA will give a 2x24 notice to the customer via the email or phone number that was submitted during order.
The customer must check the condition of the shipped product. Any damage or loss that occurs after product handover is the responsibility of the customer. JALA guarantees that the shipped product has fulfilled the warranty terms and conditions. Information and product warranty claim of JALA products should be done based on JALA Warranty Terms and Conditions which can be accessed at https://jala.tech/resources/product-warranty/.
In any matter, JALA is not responsible for the losses that occur due to or regarding this agreement. If JALA is held responsible for any loss that occurs due to this agreement, the customer is entitled to a full refund based on the amount paid without interest.
JALA will only use the submitted information from the customer based on the terms of information and data confidentiality of JALA customers, which can be accessed at https://jala.tech/privacy-policy/.
JALA reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions with or without reason. JALA will give a notice if there are any changes. If the customer does not accept these changes, the customer is entitled for an order cancellation as stated in the cancellation section.
