Types of JALA App Services
- JALA App Basic. A free service available on JALA App, enabling shrimp farmers to record their farming activities. Accessible via mobile or website, equipped with basic management features.
- JALA App Plus. Subscription plan designed to help farmers improve their operations, focused on mobile features and linked directly to the user’s account, without the need to register a pond first. However, JALA App Plus users cannot access features available in Pro Cycle.
- JALA Pro Cycle. Pond subscription plan with more comprehensive features for easier cycle monitoring, accessible via website. Users also gain access to JALA App Plus features, but only for recording or monitoring ponds that are active under Pro Cycle.
JALA App Plus is tied to your personal account, giving access to all ponds connected to it. This differs from Pro Cycle, which is subscribed to on a per-pond basis. If you have already subscribed to Pro Cycle, you automatically gain access to JALA App Plus features, no need for a separate transaction. While JALA App Plus subscriptions cannot be canceled, you can purchase a new package at any time, and the active period will be extended automatically.
