Quality Assurance (QA):
- Design and implement an effective quality assurance system, such as HALAL certification, SKP, HACCP, BAP, UoC (ASC), GMP.
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure product safety and quality.
- Establish and manage a quality management system (QMS) that complies with industry standards and government regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QA and QC procedures.
- Provide employee training on QA and QC procedures and improve work standards to achieve production efficiency.
- Oversee audits and investigations of major quality deviations to determine their root causes.
Quality Control (QC):
- Determine and implement product quality standards in accordance with the specifications of the Supply Chain team.
- Conduct quality testing on raw materials and finished products, such as microbiological and chemical testing.
- Oversee, monitor, and provide recommendations at every stage of the production process to identify potential quality issues.
- Inspect products after freezing, including product weight, UF, defects, scales, and glazing.
- Supervise the cleanliness of the packing and packaging areas, as well as the cleanliness of equipment and employees.
Management:
Communicate with the production, supply chain, and sales departments to ensure consistent product quality.
Create product specification documents for the production team.
Provide recommendations for work facilities to create a production environment that meets quality standards.
