Farm Commercial Executive (Lombok & Sumbawa)

Job Descriptions
JALA is looking for a Farm Commercial Executive who will help achieve sales target and growth set within the company. The Farm Commercial Executive will also generate Market & Competitor Analysis based on experience and research. The candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the same role, especially in the shrimp industry.
Roles & Responsibilities

Sales of Aquaculture Feed & Technology Products

  • Promote and sell shrimp feed and aquaculture technology to farmers.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved according to the company’s plans.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance sales strategies.

Market Development & Management

  • Identify and expand sales areas in East Java & Bali
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Conduct field visits to farms to better understand farmers’ needs.

Customer Education & Technical Support

  • Provide technical information on products, including the benefits of feed and technology solutions.
  • Offer technology-based solutions to improve farm productivity.

Sales Strategy & Negotiation

  • Develop marketing strategies and product promotions based on market needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and distributors.
  • Manage stock and product distribution in the assigned areas.

Billing & Account Receivables (AR) Management

  • Ensure the billing process runs smoothly according to company policies.
  • Monitor and manage customer receivables (AR) to maintain the company’s cash flow.
  • Communicate with customers regarding due payments and find solutions for payment issues.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate AR recording and reporting.

Collaboration & Performance Reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams (operation and finance) to improve business efficiency
  • Prepare sales performance reports, market trends, and business development recommendations for management.
  • Create regular AR and billing reports to ensure compliance with the company’s financial
Skills & Capabilities
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same role, especially in shrimp industry
  • Focus on details, have great integrity, and up to date with technology
  • Willing to travel to clients' farms and work anywhere
  • Willing to be placed in Lombok or Sumbawa
