JALA is looking for a Farm Coordinator who will be responsible for all management and operational activities of the farm. The candidate must hold a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Fisheries or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for all management and operational activities of the farm.
Responsible for and acts as a problem solver for issues within their scope of responsibility by integrating aspects of leadership, knowledge, experience, and new input.
Conduct planning with farm management and operations.
Supervise farm operations to ensure they run according to the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Conduct planning of farm supply needs.
Prepare technical and non-technical reports for the team.
Skills & Capabilities
Diploma/Bachelor degree in Fisheries or a related field.
Have at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
Knowledgeable in shrimp cultivation.
Experienced in leading and coordinating teams.
Willing to be placed in Sulawesi (Lalombi).
