JALA is looking for a Senior Farm Development Executive who will monitor cultivation by providing technical services and solutions in farm areas collaborating with JALA. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in managing shrimp farms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring cultivation by providing technical services and solutions
Supervising cultivation performance in JALA's cultivation programs and analyzing from technical and financing perspectives
Reporting weekly monitoring results of performance and technical and financing analyses
Evaluating cultivation results (harvest) and determining plans and strategies for the next cycle
Assessing ponds for JALA's cultivation program
Providing cultivation guidance to FA teams in the field
Finding technicians for JALA's cultivation program
Monitoring the work of JALA technicians
Determining cultivation strategies in assigned areas with technicians
Making cultivation plans
Skills & Capabilities
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing shrimp farms
Ready to travel across farm areas collaborating with JALA
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Fisheries and Marine Science
Minimum 1 year experience as a shrimp farm technician
Has good leadership skills
Disciplined and responsible
Willing to be placed anywhere
Able to operate computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Spreadsheet etc)
Has good communication skills
Able to work in teams
