JALA is looking for a Farm Coordinator who will be responsible for all management and operational activities in the farm. The candidate must have a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Fisheries or a related field.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for all management and operational activities in the farm
Acts as a problem solver for issues within the scope of responsibilities by integrating leadership, knowledge, experience, and new input
Involved in planning with farm management and operational teams
Conducts supervision to ensure the farm operations adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Plans for the farm's needs
Generates technical and non-technical reports for the JALA Farm team
Willing to be placed anywhere (Indonesia)
Skills & Capabilities
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Fisheries or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
Knowledgeable about shrimp cultivation
Have experience in leading and coordinating a team
