Job Descriptions
JALA is currently looking for a GA & IT Support position who is responsible for administrative management, office operations, asset management, as well as technical support and IT infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of the company and compliance with internal policies.
Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative:

  • Manage petty cash and daily financial records.
  • Prepare, conduct, and evaluate office surveys.
  • Manage vendor permit documents.
  • Make routine payments (building rent, utilities, internet, labor, vehicle rental, etc.).
  • Extend employee parking, trash pickup, and GPS service periods.
  • Manage vendor relationships and compile physical documents.
  • Ensure electricity and security payments at the office premises.
  • Handle office facility administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Responsible for required reporting and documentation.

Operational:

  • Coordinate communication with Business Units (BU) and outsourced teams.
  • Manage monthly office supply procurement and distribution.
  • Create and photograph ID cards and name cards, and pack employee kits.
  • Purchase office materials, generator fuel, gallon jugs, guest snacks, and merchandise.
  • Manage inventory of GA assets, office maintenance (HQ and Engineering Office), and equipment laundry.
  • Assisting with coffee machine maintenance and BM Sahid administration.
  • Handling complaints and providing logistical support for offline/online events.
  • Managing general office needs such as procurement of goods and services.
  • Providing technical support to staff.
  • Handling issues related to IT infrastructure and general company needs.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and proposing innovative solutions.

Asset Management & IT Support:

  • Recording and managing the company's physical assets.
  • Managing merchandise and GA asset procurement, as well as warehouse cleaning.
  • Providing recommendations for purchasing IT supplies as requested.
  • Sending/picking up IT equipment to the service center and creating a Handover Report (BAST).
  • Hosting/co-hosting Zoom events and preparing IT technical requirements for events.
  • Troubleshooting IT in the office and recording monthly requests.
  • Maintaining and managing company hardware and software.
  • Monitoring network security and ensuring IT systems are functioning optimally.
  • Providing technical support to staff.
  • Handling issues related to IT infrastructure and general company needs.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Minimum D3/S1 degree, preferably in Information Technology, Management, or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge of basic networking and asset maintenance.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive.
  • Willing to be mobile and ready to support
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
