Job Descriptions
JALA is looking for a Production Controller who will be responsible for the production preparation, process, inspection, and coordination. The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in production and/or quality control, preferably within the manufacturing/aquaculture/food production industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the production preparation from early raw material calculation, packing process up to FG Inventory, including FG inspections, conformity of production data with packing and inventory results and coordinating with Operations Executive regarding distribution to warehouses.
  • Create Production and QC SOPs for both the toll manufacturing plant and internal plant.
  • Create new product specifications and maintain existing product specifications.
  • Calculate product costs as requested.
  • Conduct plant feasibility audits and audit existing toll manufacturing plants periodically.
  • Review production reports at each plant to determine trends occurring in production.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production and/or quality control, preferably within the manufacturing/aquaculture/food production industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in production planning, cost calculation, and inventory management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and product specifications.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel to different plant locations for production controlling and work on weekends.
