JALA is looking for shrimp farm Technician who will be responsible to perform technical activities at the pond. Essentially, Technician contributes to the production process of shrimp farming, starting from stocking preparation to post-harvest. You must possess excellent knowledge of shrimp farming and experience in the similar role for at least two years.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for all production and cultivation activities which include stocking preparation, cultivation, harvest, and post-harvest process
Responsible and being a problem solver for production issues by integrating aspects of leadership, cultivation science, experiences, and new input materials
Responsible for the use of JALA Apps and hardware
Keeping records of the use of feed and materials and reporting regularly to the supervisor
Make a production plan that includes all phases in cultivation every year and the beginning of the period to be reported to the Head of the Cultivation
Make detailed daily reports, weekly sampling, and other things related to the development of the cultivation of each pond in the Pond Daily Report Book
Make a report at the end of the cultivation period with measurable analysis and accurate conclusions so it can be the reference or answer to improve production results in the next period
Have a sense of guiding and caring for subordinates/Technician Assistant/Pond Guides or Feeders
Maintain a harmonious working relationship between all block employees within the block, between blocks, as well as with employees from other sections for the continuity of tasks
Have a sense of belonging, maintaining, and caring for all company assets (facilities and infrastructures) within the scope of work for all cultivation block employees
Supervise all company assets (facilities and infrastructure) for the cultivation process used
Consistent in conducting the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the improvement of cultivation facilities and infrastructure by coordinating between related sections/Supporting Facilities
Responsible for making reports to the Head of the Cultivation Section and the Pond Manager
Skills & Capabilities
Bachelor or Vocational's degree in Aquaculture
Experienced in similar role at least 2 years
Excellent knowledge of shrimp cultivation
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet
