Job Descriptions
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to support prospect research, sales data management, and marketing campaign execution. You will collaborate with the marketing team and learn outreach strategies as well as tools such as CRM. This role is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates with an interest in research, sales, and information technology.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Re-assess existing process in business unit under Jala Group entities
  • Creating gap analysis and prioritize gap that can give a domino effect or significant impact on business
  • Doing measurement and create an improvement that can be done to create more effective and efficient system
  • Creating action and monitoring plan that can be executed by Business Unit and ERP Team
  • Coordinate and involve ERP Team in every improvement to be aligned with the existing system
  • Report to Head of ESG how the action plan's going and finished
  • Monitoring and evaluate after effect of the improvement implemented
  • Drafting the SOP requested by business unit and ensure it still aligned with the system running or improvement
  • Ensure there are no overlapping in procedure which cause ineffectivity an inefficiency of process
  • Report to Head of ESG of document drafting completed monthly
Skills & Capabilities
  • Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information System, or computer science (bachelor from any majors are allowed to) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or relevant field.
  • Highly understanding of ERP System, especially Odoo
  • Proven with process mapping, system integration, or workflow automation.
  • Be able to use Microsoft Visio
  • Having basic skill in reading and interprate financial statement
  • Certified minimum ISO 9001:Quality Management System (certified ISO 45000;Health & Safety Management System is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes: procurement, inventory, production, sales, finance
  • Highly competent in using Pareto Chart and Analysis, Six Sigma etc
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good project management skill, Reporting and Communicate Well
