Job Descriptions
JALA is looking for a Customer & Partner Onboarding Executive who will be primarily responsible for acquiring new customers and overseeing the registration and evaluation of potential partners (mitra) within the assigned business unit. This role is critical in ensuring that all onboarding processes—ranging from initial data collection and assessment to final approval—are executed thoroughly and in alignment with business requirements. In addition to the core responsibilities, this position also provides administrative support to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team, particularly in managing documentation and coordination tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operational workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Receive and follow up on inbound customer and partner leads to the sales team (market & harvest).
  • Verify customer and partner data, including financial aspects, by conducting BI Checking in coordination with the Finance Risk Assessment team.
  • Verify customer and partner data, including legal documentation, by coordinating with the Legal team to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Conduct margin analysis based on customer assessment results to evaluate potential business unit programs.
  • Report assessment results, including margin analysis of potential customers/suppliers, to the Customer Onboarding Coordinator and SCM Sr. Manager.
  • Draft offering letters in accordance with business unit criteria.
  • Responsible for following up on the negotiation process of offering letters until the sales agreement is finalized (offering – sign – collateral submitted) in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Manage the list of potential customers and partners who have received offering letters until deal closure or rejection of the Cooperation Agreement (PKS).
  • Ensure that cooperation agreements are aligned with the direction of the relevant business unit, in coordination with the Customer Onboarding Coordinator, BSA Manager, and SCM Sr. Manager.
  • Work with the Customer Onboarding Coordinator, BSA Manager, SCM Sr. Manager, Legal, and Finance to ensure that the draft Cooperation Agreement includes proper business risk mitigation for the customer.
  • Submit the signed Cooperation Agreement (PKS) to the Sales team after approval by the Head of Department (HoD) of the Business team.
  • Manage and report weekly and monthly updates on potential customers who have received offering letters, including deal closures and rejected PKS.
  • Responsible for communicating finalized PKS deals with customers to the lead sales, sales admin, and finance teams.
  • Maintain proper archiving of cooperation agreements, offering letters, and other documents related to customer and partner registration.
  • Monitor and coordinate with Finance and Legal to review/assess collateral submitted by customers and partners.
  • Contribute to customer and partner performance management.
  • Support the drafting of internal team regulations and perform regular reviews to assess their relevance and applicability.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management
  • min 1 year working experience in administration, especially assessment and document preparation such as agreements, business support letters -Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct financial and legal data verification.
  • Good knowledge of basic business processes, contract administration, and documentation management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with digital tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
