JALA is looking for a Production Staff who will prepare raw materials for processing and operate equipment or machinery during processing. The candidate must have at least a high school or vocational school diploma and be physically able to perform repetitive tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare raw materials for processing, including cleaning, sorting, and grading if necessary
Operate equipment or machinery during processing
Execute production process according to applicable standards and procedures to meet quality and safety criteria
Inspect products to ensure there are no defects or abnormalities and reject those that do not meet specified criteria
Package processed products and organize storage
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of processing equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and efficiency standards
Assist in inventory control by tracking stocks, materials, and processed products to prevent shortages or excess
Ensure storage standards are always met
Skills & Capabilities
At least a high school or vocational school diploma. Vocational school in a related field is preferred
Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and lift heavy objects
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Able to work in a teams and communicate effectively
Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, according to production schedule
