JALA is looking for a Sales Admin – Harvest & Tech (Intern) who is detail-oriented and proactive to support the team in managing harvest sales data and administrative processes for technology product sales. This role plays an important part in ensuring the accuracy of sales and invoice records, as well as facilitating smooth coordination between the Harvest, Product, and Technology teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Input shrimp sales data into Jala Vista
Coordinate with the Harvest Team for shrimp sales data
Create Technology invoices for tech bundling (Apps + Baruni)
Coordinate with the Product Team for Pro cycle activation
Skills & Capabilities
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Proficient in using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling numerical data for harvest sales
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Basic understanding of invoicing and sales data processes is a plus"
