Job Descriptions
JALA is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Sales Admin & Export Support to assist our sales operations in both local and export markets. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong coordination skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Verify and process sales orders from local and export sales teams.
  • Handle export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and other supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Support customs clearance and ensure all export requirements are fulfilled.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and follow up with logistics providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, warehouse, QC) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including system data entry, PO/DO creation, and document filing.
  • Respond to inquiries related to order status, shipment, and document completion.
  • Update sales data regularly (local and export).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Assist in preparing sales analysis by customer or product when needed.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Min. 1 year experience in sales administration, customer service, or export documentation.
  • Good understanding of domestic and international shipping processes and documents.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and data entry systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
