JALA is looking for a Farm Operation Manager who will be responsible for all management and operational activities in the farm, so you required to have strong leadership and communication skill.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for all farm management, including budget and manpower planning
Acts as a problem solver for issues within the scope of responsibilities by integrating leadership, cultivation knowledge, experience, and new input
Involved in planning with farm management and operational system
Ensure farm's materials for cultivation needs are managed properly
Conduct supervision to ensure the farm operations adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Generate technical and non-technical reports for the JALA Farm team
Skills & Capabilities
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Fisheries or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
Strong knowledgeable about shrimp cultivation
Strong leadership and communication skill
Excellent analytical thinking
