JALA is looking for a Sales Executive (Jabodetabek) who will identify potential and build relationships with new clients. The Sales Executive will also act as the point of contact for clients and internal company teams. The candidate must have 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identifying potential and build relationships with new clients
Acting as the point of contact for clients and internal company teams
Managing and organizing client accounts to know their needs
Monitoring and reporting on sales performance
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Handling budgets and client invoices
Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients' experience
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Collecting payment for the goods and services
Skills & Capabilities
2 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
Ability to understand client's needs and negotiate costs and services
Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
Experienced in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
Experienced in overseeing budgets and expenses
Experienced in developing internal processes and filing systems
Experienced in a similar industry and working with international clients is preferrable
