JALA is looking for Farm Resource Admin Intern who will be responsible for monitoring cultivation data and expenses through the JALA App, monitoring the cultivation cycle in the JALA Program Cycle database, troubleshooting application problems to Engineers, and managing advance submissions, leave settlements, operations, Field Assistant deployment, and expense reporting in the Field Assistant Database.
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring cultivation data in the JALA app
Monitoring pond expenses in the JALA app
Monitoring the cultivation cycle in the JALA Program Cycle database
Troubleshooting JALA App issues with Engineers
Submitting advance and leave settlement requests, operational requests, and FA deployments
Submitting expense reports in the FA database
Skills & Capabilities
Final-semester student or recent graduate majoring in fisheries (aquaculture)
Experience in shrimp farming is a plus
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
Accurate and neat in data input and checking.
Detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.
Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
