JALA is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible to create, manage, and execute a strong and strategic performance marketing plan. You will also be responsible to manage email marketing and measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns. The candidate must have experiences in devising digital campaigns that can engage, inform, and motivate audience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
Managing email marketing for JALA newsletter, product update, and business promotion
Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns as well as assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identifying trends and insights as well as optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
Developing optimazion strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
Researching SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
Identifying and testing new channels to continue meeting or exceeding established critical metrics
Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels
Collaborating with internal teams to manage website and optimizing user experience
Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Allocating budgets, analyzing, and recommending modifications to ad spends
Skills & Capabilities
Proven experience of working in digital marketing for minimum 3 years
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g: Google analytics, WebTrends, Omniture)
Having experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
