JALA is looking for a Purchasing Intern who will ensure the purchase of goods. The Purchasing Intern will also contact and negotiate with suppliers. The candidate must be a final semester Management student and able to work mobile around Yogyakarta.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure the purchase of goods as requested by user with correct quality, quantity, and received date
  • Contact and negotiate with suppliers
  • Document all purchase quotation from suppliers for canvas sheet
  • Visit suppliers for inspecting quality of materials (occasionally)
  • Complete additional tasks regarding purchase cycle
Skills & Capabilities
  • Final semester Management student from reputable university (thesis phase)
  • Mobile around Yogyakarta
  • Fast response
  • Experienced in organizations/events as logistics or merchandising
  • Having knowledge about supply chain and management of operations will be a plus
