Roles & Responsibilities
  • Overseeing shipments to the customer's warehouse
  • Ensuring shipments arrive on time
  • Assisting the customer's receiving team in conducting QC upon goods receipt
  • Sales administration tasks, including receipts, invoices, etc
  • Exchanging invoices & finalizing customer invoices to JALA Market
Skills & Capabilities
  • Recent graduate from any major
  • Domiciled in Malang
  • Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
