JALA is looking for a Creative Intern (Social Media) who will collaborate with the social media team to plan and produce video content for various platforms. The candidate must be skilled in video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and editing.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the social media team to plan and produce video content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Handle the whole video production process, from planning, shooting, to editing
Coordinate logistics for shooting with the creative team
Capture high-quality video footage using appropriate cameras and/or equipment, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and composition
Edit video content to enhance visual appeal, narrative, and engagement, using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
Input graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the overall quality and impact of videos
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in video production and social media to continually improve content quality and effectiveness
Skills & Capabilities
Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in a related field
Enthusiasm for video production and social media, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their content formats
Skilled in video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and editing
Experienced in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
Able to think creatively and generate innovative ideas and storytelling concepts
Good organizational, time management, communication, and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to deliver high-quality work results
