JALA is looking for a strategic and communicative Brand Manager who will be responsible to conduct market research, develop brand strategy for the company, as well as maintain the brand image. You will have the opportunity to deliver marketing plans and lead the initiative for branding strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
  2. Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
  3. Establish and maintain brand budgets
  4. Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of channels
  5. Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
  6. Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
Skills & Capabilities
  1. Experience in brand management, brand marketing or marketing management
  2. Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  3. Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  4. Creative thinker and problem solver
  5. Strong communication skills
  6. Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  7. Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  8. Bachelor's degree form Marketing, Business, or related fields
Recruitment Stages

In general, there are two stages of Brand Manager recruitment:

  1. Resume and portfolio screening
  2. On-site or call interview (we do recruitment in virtual since 2020)

Resume and portfolio screening

You will be asked to share your resume along with background information from academics and professional career experiences. JALA is looking for the culture-fit and technical skills to fit into the role that you apply from your past experiences. This process can take up to 7 working days.

On-site/call interview

If you pass the first stage, you will be asked to book a schedule for an interview with the JALA team consisting of the head of HR. There are several topics that will be discussed in the interview, starting with the behavioral round and design preferences interviews.
