JALA is looking for a Sales Executive (Solo) who will be responsible for achieving frozen shrimp sales targets within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) and distributor segments. This role focuses on customer network development, product promotion, negotiation, and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets as set by the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Promote and present products to potential customers.
  • Identify market opportunities and acquire new customers in the HoReCa and distributor sectors.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and partnership agreements.
  • Manage sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Ensure product availability and coordinate distribution processes.
  • Stay updated on the frozen seafood industry and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the frozen seafood, similar industries, or FMCG sector.
  • Strong network in the HoReCa and distributor segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Understanding of market trends and sales strategies in the frozen food industry.
