Sales Development Representative
Job Descriptions
JALA is looking for a communicative and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to generate and move leads through the sales pipeline. You will be responsible to establish relationships with prospective clients and leave a good impression by understanding their needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  2. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers based on our ideal customer’s profile
  3. Generating leads by prospecting and qualifying to create a pipeline
  4. Establish new relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs by scheduling outbound calls or conducting product demos and explain company profiles to prospective clients
  5. Understanding customers' needs and identifying critical business opportunities that position JALA as a strategic partner
  6. Developing leads and referrals
  7. Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  8. Meet prospective customers (SMB & enterprise like-and provide solution, product demo customer profiling, collect demo feedback)
  9. Lead research for demand generation
Skills & Capabilities
  1. Having experience is an advantage
  2. Good familiarity with technology platforms (e.g omnichannel, CRM, etc.)
  3. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  4. Strong listening and presentation skills
  5. Fluent in Indonesia - both written and verbal
  6. Customer-centric mindset, able to understand customer needs
  7. Able to collaborate with multiple teams effectively
Recruitment Stages

There are four stages of Sales Development Representative recruitment:

  • Initial interview
  • Psychological Testing (Psychotest)
  • User interview
  • Assignment
