JALA is looking for a Sales Development Representative Intern who will identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events. The candidate must be currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events
Conduct outreach to prospective clients via email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest in our products/services
Assess the needs of potential clients and qualify them as appropriate leads for the sales team
Schedule meetings and calls between potential clients and sales representatives
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement outreach strategies
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance sales efforts
Provide feedback from potential clients to improve marketing and sales efforts and report on outreach results
Skills & Capabilities
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
An interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development
